Return & Exchange Eligibility

Wrong or Damaged Product

If the issue is confirmed, we will arrange an appropriate solution, which may include an exchange or refund.

Return Shipping

For returns due to a change of mind, incorrect selection or any reason not caused by us, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping charges.

If the product received is wrong, defective or damaged due to our error, we will handle the return according to our return procedure.

Shipping charges, if applicable, may be non-refundable.
